Ruffle around the high neck and scallops down the placket. Rhinestone silver buttons. Ruffles on the short sleeves and front peplum. Also has a tie waist and sewn in belt loops of the same material.

Built in shoulder pads. Side zip entry has some missing stitches that need to be replaced on the side seam to close up an opening.
